The location was fantastic for traveling around Epping, with easy access to central London, Epping, and Essex. Thoroughly enjoyed the funky-style building and our luxury and reasonably spacious room with a very comfy bed.- The hotel provided amenities such as a hairdryer, terry dressing gowns, and a shower cap.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, arranging an early breakfast for us when we had to leave early. the hotel itself was impressive, with fun and stylish decor throughout. Our room, number 1, was absolutely stunning, with a luxurious bath, beautiful shower. We also loved the in-room coffee machine and mini fridge stocked with everything we needed. the food was outstanding, both for dinner and breakfast, and the cocktails in the gorgeous courtyard were amazing. we couldn't fault a thing, and the attentive and friendly staff really made our stay exceptional. Cons: Nothing not to like! 😊.
