Room 1 was stunning, beautiful shower and a coffee machine which made mornings much better. The staff even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco when we arrived, really made us feel special.

Unique room designs with funky decor

the room decor was really stunning, loved the comfy bed and the cute little touches like the coffee machine. staff were super friendly and the breakfast was awesome, not a buffet but fresh food served. the location is great too, right on the high street with loads of shops n food options nearby. i really liked the unique layout of the hotel, it felt different and cool.

the water pressure in the bath was terrible which was a let down. parking was a bit of a hassle as there were only a few spaces.

Little practical issues like a lack of a soap dish and no towel hook near the sink were a hassle. Breakfast starting at 8am is quite late for those needing to get going early, and the check-in process took longer than expected, delaying my access to the room after a long travel day.

We spent one night in a deluxe suite, and it was awesome! The staff were super friendly and even greeted us with a little prosecco on arrival. Dined at the restaurant later, and the food was tasty and priced right. Only thing, the WiFi was kinda slow, but still a fun experience!
